Where to put the QR codes
Put a QR card on the gift table and beside the cake. Put a welcome sign at the door, and a table tent on each table where the guests sit.
What the guests do
A guest scans the code with the phone camera and adds photos and videos. A guest can also write a message for the parents and the baby. Guests can add photos from the day of the baby shower until 2 days after it. You can change these days in the album settings.
What the parents get
Essentials costs R299, paid once, and keeps the album online for 6 months. Download the album as one ZIP file, with each message. A guest who asks can view the album after you approve the request, but cannot download it.

Can both parents run the baby shower album?
Yes. One parent creates the album and invites the other parent as a co-host. Essentials includes 1 co-host, and Full includes 2 co-hosts.
Can a guest who cannot come add a message?
Yes. Send the guest link to that person. The person can write a message for the parents and add photos from home, while the uploads are open.
Can a friend run the album for the parents?
Yes. A friend creates the album, runs it on the day and invites a parent as a co-host after the shower. The parents then see and download each photo.
How long does the baby shower album stay online?
The album stays online for 6 months on Essentials and 12 months on Full. Before it ends, you can extend it or download it.
