These terms apply when you buy an album as a host, or add media as a guest.

The album

You pay once for one event. The price includes VAT where VAT applies. Guests can add media from the event date until 30 days after it. The album stays online for the time of its tier:

• Essentials, R299: 6 months and 20 GB.
• Full, R499: 12 months and 40 GB.

Download the album before it ends. After the end, we delete each file, and we cannot get it back.

The host's duties

• Tell your guests that their media goes into your album, for example on the QR cards.
• Share the guest link only with your guests.
• Act on each request to remove a photo of a person who asks.
• Do not use the album for content that is illegal, or that harms a person.

Guests

When you add a photo or a video, you confirm that you took it, or that you may share it. You give the host the right to keep, download and share it for personal use. You keep your copyright.

Refunds

If no guest has added media yet, ask for a refund within 7 days of payment, and we refund you in full. The law where you live can give you more rights. These terms do not limit those rights.

Our responsibility

We take care with your media, and we keep it in more than one place. We cannot promise that the service never fails. Our total liability is the price that you paid for the album.
