Photos for corporate events

Every photo of the corporate event, in one album.

At a conference, a product launch or a team day, each guest takes photos. A QR code at the venue brings them to one album for the company.

From R299, paid once for each event.

  1. Where to put the QR codes

Put a welcome sign at the registration desk and a QR card on each table. At a conference, put a QR card beside the stage and at the coffee station.

  2. What the guests do

Guests scan the code and add photos and videos from the phone browser. Each file goes up in small parts, so the busy network of a conference hall loses no photo. Guests can add photos from the day of the event until 2 days after it. You can change these days in the album settings.

  3. What the company gets

On Full, the slideshow shows the approved photos on the screen at the venue. The slideshow starts with the video sound off, and you turn it on with one button. Invite 2 co-hosts from the events team to run the album. A guest who asks can view the album after you approve the request, but cannot download it.

Questions

Questions about corporate events

Can one album hold a conference of several days?

Yes. Open the album up to 7 days before the event date, and close it up to 7 days after it. Each day of the conference goes to the one album.

Can the marketing team use the photos?

Yes. Download the original files as one ZIP file, with no loss of quality. Share chosen photos with the marketing team through a private link.

Can someone check each photo before the screen shows it?

Yes. On Full, add 1 moderator. The moderator approves each new photo, and the slideshow shows only the approved photos.

Do the guests need a company account?

No. Each guest scans the QR code with the phone camera and adds photos in the browser. A visitor, a client and a staff member use the same page.
