At a reunion, each guest brings a phone full of memories. A QR code on each table brings the old photos and the new photos to one album.

Where to put the QR codes
Put a table tent on each table, and a QR card beside the name tags. Put a welcome sign at the door of the venue.
What the guests do
A guest scans the code and adds new photos and photos of old prints. Each guest can write a message to the group. Guests can add photos from the day of the reunion until 2 days after it. You can change these days in the album settings.
What the organiser gets
Each photo comes to one private album, in full quality. Download the whole album as one ZIP file, or share chosen photos with a private link for 30 days. A guest who asks can view the album after you approve the request, but cannot download it.

Questions about reunions
Can guests add old photos before the reunion?
Yes. Open the album up to 7 days before the reunion, and send the guest link with the invitation. The guests then add their old photos early.
Can a guest who cannot come see the photos?
Yes. The guest asks for view access on the guest page, and you approve the request. The guest then sees the photos and the messages that you choose, with no download.
Can a guest record a voice note for the group?
Yes, on Full. A guest can record a voice note of up to 60 seconds. On Essentials, each guest can write a message.
Can one album hold a reunion of a whole weekend?
Yes. Set the event date to the first day. In the album settings, move the close day up to 7 days after the event date, and the guests add photos of each day.
