The photos of the graduation, from every guest.
Family and friends take photos at the ceremony and at the party. A QR code brings each photo to one album for the graduate.
From R299, paid once for each event.
Where to put the QR codes
Put a QR card on each table at the party, and a welcome sign at the entrance. Give a QR card to each family before the ceremony too.
What the guests do
Each guest scans the code and adds photos from the camera roll of the phone. A guest needs no account, and can add a name to the photos. Guests can add photos from the day of the graduation until 2 days after it. You can change these days in the album settings.
What the graduate gets
Invite 1 co-host to run the album with you, for example a parent. Hide the photos that you do not want, and download the rest as one ZIP file. A guest who asks can view the album after you approve the request, but cannot download it.
Essentials costs R299.
Pay once for each event. There is no subscription and no fee for each guest.
Questions about graduations
Can the family add photos of the ceremony?
Yes. Open the album up to 7 days before the party. The family then adds the photos of the ceremony, and the photos of the party follow on the day.
Can the graduate share the photos with classmates?
Yes. Choose the photos and share them with a private link for 30 days. The link shows no guest name, and only the people with the link see the photos.
Can one album hold the photos of two graduates?
Yes. Give the album the names of both graduates, and put the same QR code on each table. Each guest adds photos to the one album.
Do older family members need an app?
No. The phone camera reads the QR code and opens the guest page. One button adds the photos, so each guest can use it with no help.
