Year-end functions in South Africa
The photos of the year-end function, in one place.
Each team takes its own photos at the year-end function. A QR code on each table puts them in one album for the whole company.
From R299, paid once for each event.
Where to put the QR codes
Put a table tent with a table number on each table. Put a welcome sign at the registration desk and a QR card at the photo wall.
What the staff do
Staff scan the code and add photos from the phone browser, with no work login. The upload goes on in small parts, so a weak signal in a large venue loses no photo.
What the organiser gets
Invite up to 3 co-hosts from the events team to run the album. On Full, the slideshow shows the approved photos on the screen at the venue.
Full costs R499.
Pay once, in rand. There is no subscription and no fee for each guest.
